SB 104 amends §16-5-47 by adding
government buildings (and also public restrooms in leased property used
exclusively by a government entity) to the list of establishments where a human
trafficking hotline model notice developed by the Georgia Bureau of
Investigation must be posted in clear view of the public. The bill also
requires every government entity to provide an identified hyperlink on the
homepage of its website to the model notice. |
